- Find a small market…a micro niche’ and create a remarkable product for that niche’. Forget trying to reach the masses. You don’t have that much money, resources or time. Instead try to reach a small group of people who are obsessed with your micro niche.
- Talk to your Customers. Find out what they want by having real conversations. One at a time.
- Look at the competitors in your industry and do something that isn’t being done by any of them.
- Be outrageous even if you’re a wallflower. Go out of your comfort zone.
- Create an imaginary “client” and then create a new product just for that specific person and “wow” them!
- Find a way to break through the clutter and to capture people’s attention!
- Combine 2 totally unrelated ideas or service and create something brand new!
