These are the Resources I use and recommend when Starting an Online Business:
*Make Sure You Follow My Instructions on How to Set up your Blog by Clicking Here and Download my FREE Special Report
Setting Up Your Blog is the 1st step in Starting an Online Business:
- Bluehost – Domain Name and Hosting
- Builder Ithemes – The easiest way I know to build a professional Blog/Website without HTML knowledge! Builder lets you take any of these designs as a starting point, and create your own layouts just the way you want. Add a header, a sidebar, a row of widgets, a navigation bar — Builder puts you in control.
- Website Design Mojo– This is an Advanced 6-Week Online Training Course on “WordPress” by Angela Wills (my former Virtual Assistant); I highly recommend this course. I took this course to start my website design business in 2011!
- Lead Pages — Creating Very Advanced Squeeze Pages, Sales Pages and MORE!
- InstaBuilder — Allows you to create sales pages, squeeze pages, coming soon pages, launch pages, and so much more! Is a lower cost option than Lead Pages and just as good!
Email Subscriptions, List Building and Marketing is the 2nd step when Starting an Online Business:
- Aweber – List Building and Management
Keyword Research:
- Google Keyword Planner: This is a FREE tool to help you decide what keywords to use for your Adwords campaigns. You can also check to see the popularity of certain keywords and see what level the competition is for those keywords as well for your blog posts and websites. (Just google “google keyword planner” and click on the first listing to access).
Copywriting and Sales Letter Writing:
- Yanik Silver’s “Instant Sales Letter” program – This is the only one I recommend. It’s what got me started in my online business!
- Yanik Silvers “Ultimate Copywriting” program — So many high level internet marketing success stories have taken Yanik’s Copywriting program and I highly recommend this!
Audio/Video Recording (and Podcasting)
- Audio Acrobat — I love Audio Acrobat and I used it on my website to deliver personal messages to visitors as well as to recording teleseminars, coaching calls, testimonials and more! This adds a personal touch to your website and helps strengthen the relationship with visitors!
Testing Results:
- Google Analytics: Google’s FREE website tracking and analytical tool which will give you valuable information about where traffic is coming from.
Outsourcing Work:
- *Elance: You can hire “freelance” writers, programmers, website designers, accountants, lawyers and more!
- *99Designs: This is a really cool website that you can use if you need a logo design; what makes it different, is that it’s in a contest format. You simply submit the description of what you want, and designers will compete against each other to win money.
