How to make money publishing a book

So you want to make money publishing a book?  That’s awesome!  You’ll be happy to know that since 2013, I’ve helped over 50 authors become #1 bestselling authors on Amazon and I’ve learned a few things about how to make money publishing a book.

The first thing to understand is that there are 2 types of income streams from publishing a book:  Direct and Indirect.

Become a Bestselling Author and Become a Client Magnet

I don’t know about you, but books have literally changed my life.

I guess you could say I have a book obsession.  I read about 5 books per month and I have a tee-shirt that my pops gave me that says: “So many books, so little time.”

I read  books on business, spirituality, psychology and personal development mostly.  After I read a good book, I usually go look at the author’s website to see what she or he is up to.  I frequently sign up for their email list, read their blog, and sometimes purchase their services and products.

For example, Grant Cardone, Bestselling Author and Multi-Millionaire, who just released his new book, Be Obsessed or Be Average, spoke in a private coaching program I belong to and my Coach agreed to purchase 5,000 copies of his book.  This coaching group I’m in has over 3,000 members in it.
