Online businesses require very little overhead.  Brick and Mortar businesses are risky because of the huge potential of failure and losses.  If you started an online business and it failed, you would be out very little money ($10 for a domain name and $6.00 a month for a hosting company fee and any paid advertising you decided to invest in).  Other than that, the risk of loss is minimal.

I started out years ago with a basic website to promote my “offline” seminars that I was giving.  Since then, I’ve been running an online business for almost 10 years and I’ve added many products and services. I earn income from teaching online courses, selling ebooks, coaching women, ghostwriting, building websites, and more!   I have created “multiple streams of online (passive) income.”
